The following Terms & Conditions (these “Terms”) govern your use of the website located at https://www.laligacampsusa.com/ (the “Website”), which is owned and operated by [LaLiga Academy] (“Company”, “us”, or “we”). We may, in our sole and absolute discretion, cancel, change, suspend or modify any aspect of the Website at any time, without notice to you. It is important to check the Website and these Terms periodically. Your access and use of the Website is subject to the following Terms and all applicable laws. By accessing or using any part of the Website, you accept, without limitation or qualification, these Terms. If you do not agree with all these Terms, you may not use any portion of the Website.
THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS GOVERN HOW ANY DISPUTES BETWEEN US WILL BE RESOLVED. SPECIFICALLY, THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS CONTAIN AN ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER THAT REQUIRE US TO ARBITRATE INSTEAD OF GOING TO COURT, AND REQUIRE THAT ALL CLAIMS BE BROUGHT INDIVIDUALLY, NOT AS A CLASS REPRESENTATIVE OR CLASS MEMBER. By registering for, attending, or participating in any portion of the LALIGA x Remitly Fútbol Fest (“Event”), all participants — and parents/guardians of minors — automatically agree to the following Terms & Conditions, Waiver, and Release. No signature is required. Registration and attendance constitute full acceptance.
1. DEFINITIONS
For purposes of this document:

“Event” refers to the LALIGA x Remitly Fútbol Fest, including the Youth Clinic, Adult Tournament, Fan Fest, Meet & Greet, and any event-related activities.

“Organizers” refers to LaLiga North America, LaLiga Group International, Remitly, Ocacia Soccer LLC, and their affiliated entities, staff, coaches, agents, and representatives.
2. NAME, IMAGE & LIKENESS (NIL) RELEASE
By participating, you authorize the Organizers to use your (or your child’s) name, image, likeness, voice, photographs, video, or audio recordings captured during the Event:

In any media, worldwide, in perpetuity

For promotional, commercial, marketing, or editorial use
-
Without compensation, approval, or notification
Participants waive any right to inspect or approve final materials.
3. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Participants acknowledge that soccer and athletic activities involve inherent risks, including:

Personal injury
-
Illness
-
Heat exhaustion or dehydration
-
Permanent disability
-
Property damage
-
Death
These risks may result from participant actions, staff actions, negligence, facility conditions, equipment, or unforeseeable circumstances.
All risks are voluntarily assumed.
4. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants (and guardians) release and agree not to sue the Organizers for any:

Injury
-
Illness
-
Property loss
-
Death
-
Damages
-
Claims arising from participation
INCLUDING claims resulting from ordinary negligence.
Participants agree the Organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.
5. MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION
If a participant requires medical care and the guardian cannot be reached:

Organizers may authorize first aid or emergency treatment

Participant assumes full responsibility for associated costs

Organizers have no financial obligation for treatment
6. CODE OF CONDUCT
Participants agree to:

Follow all Event rules and staff instructions
-
Respect staff, referees, coaches, and teammates
-
Use facilities safely and responsibly
-
Refrain from disruptive, dangerous, or disrespectful behavior
Organizers may remove any participant without refund.

7. EQUIPMENT & FACILITIES
Participants are responsible for inspecting fields and equipment they use.
Any unsafe conditions must be reported immediately.

8. CANCELLATIONS
Organizers may cancel, modify, or reschedule the Event due to weather, safety issues, or operational needs.

Refunds or alternatives may be offered at the sole discretion of the Organizers

Organizers bear no liability for cancellations or changes

9. USE OF WEBSITE & REGISTRATION SYSTEMS
Participants agree not to:

Abuse registration systems
-
Use automated bots or scraping tools
-
Attempt unauthorized access
-
Interfere with site operations
Any misuse may result in denial of participation.

10. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
All Event materials, branding, content, photography, and digital assets belong to the Organizers.
Participants may not copy, distribute, or use materials for commercial purposes without written approval.

11. NO IDEAS ACCEPTED
Organizers do not accept unsolicited ideas.
If you submit one, you agree:

It is not confidential
-
Organizers may use it freely without compensation

12. WARRANTIES DISCLAIMER
Event participation and website access are provided “AS IS”.
Organizers provide no warranties, express or implied.
To the fullest extent allowed by law:

No guarantees of safety, uninterrupted service, accuracy, or fitness for purpose
-
Organizers are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages

Entry to the Youth Clinic is only guaranteed between 8:30am and 9:00am if you have previously registered for the event on the LALIGA Camps USA website. Access after 9:00am is not guaranteed if we have reached maximum capacity, even if you have previously registered.

Entry to the Adult Tournament is only guaranteed between 9:00am and 9:30am if you have previously registered for the event on the LALIGA Camps USA website. Access after 9:30am is not guaranteed if we have reached maximum capacity, even if you have previously registered.

Entry to the Fan Fest is only guaranteed between 11:00am and 11:30am if you have previously registered for the event on the LALIGA Camps USA website. Access after 11:30am is not guaranteed if we have reached maximum capacity, even if you have previously registered.

13. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The website may link to external sites.
Organizers are not responsible for third-party content, purchases, or interactions.

14. INDEMNIFICATION
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizers from claims arising out of:

Their participation
-
Their actions
-
Violation of these Terms

15. REMEDIES & RIGHTS
Failure to enforce any term does not waive the right to enforce it later.
Organizer rights and remedies are cumulative.

16. GOVERNING LAW
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York.
​
17. ARBITRATION AGREEMENT
All disputes shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

Limited discovery

Arbitrator decision is final

18. CLASS ACTION WAIVER
Participants agree that:
All claims must be brought individually.
No class actions, collective actions, or representative actions are permitted.
If this clause is found unenforceable, arbitration does not apply, and claims must be resolved in New York courts.

19. TIME LIMIT
Any claim must be filed within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim.
​
20. SEVERABILITY
If any part of this agreement is found invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.
​
21. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By registering for or participating in the Event, all participants (and parents/guardians) acknowledge that they have read, understood, and fully agree to this Waiver & Release and these Terms & Conditions.
No signature is required.
Registration = Acceptance.
